He lives in the Pine tree and sleeps in the pine cones. He loves to make hats from pine needles and sells them to the elves. When this fairy is around, he brings the north wind, he is a nice little creature and cools off his hot friends. He is invisible to the eye unless there are gray clouds in the sky.
